FRIDAY · CUSTOM IT SOLUTIONS · AI-POWERED

FRIDAY builds software for the way you work, with AI inside.

APEX Intelligence's custom software team, for companies in any industry: integrations into the systems you already run or software that is entirely new, B2B or B2C, hosted by us or on your own servers — each with AI built in as its driver.

  • 2Ready-made packages: website and integration
  • 5Steps, from Discovery to go-live
  • AIBuilt into every solution

This section is about the gap between off-the-shelf software and how a company really works, whatever its industry, and why AI rarely reaches the team's daily work.

WHY FRIDAY

FRIDAY builds, and raises your team's productivity, with software that follows the way you work.

Every company works its own way, whatever the industry. Off-the-shelf software is built for the average, so your team patches it with spreadsheets, chat groups and re-typing. FRIDAY builds software to your need: connected to the systems you already run or built new from scratch, for B2B or B2C customers, and running on our servers or on yours, on-premise or in your own cloud.

  1. Forced into a template

An off-the-shelf system does not know your processes, your data or your approval flow, so the team adapts to it instead of the other way round.

  2. Gaps patched by hand

Spreadsheets, chat groups and re-typing fill the gaps between systems their vendors cannot connect.

  3. AI stops at the demo

The AI is in the vendor's slides, not inside the tool that reads the documents, fills the fields and answers your team's questions.

Software should follow the way you work, and AI should be inside it, not beside it.

FRIDAY builds it to your need — an integration into what you run, an internal system, a new B2C or B2B product — with AI built in as its driver, hosted by us or on your infrastructure, from the team that built APEX Customs AI, ATLAS and BLACKBIRD.

This section shows two pieces of FRIDAY's work on one screen: a forwarder website with a tracking widget, and the connector log that sends AJU statuses to the ERP. All data here is sample data.

Clients track it themselves. The ERP updates itself.

On the left, a forwarder website with a Track & Trace widget in your branding: a client enters a container number and sees its position and CEISA status for themselves. On the right, the connector FRIDAY builds: whenever an AJU status changes in APEX Customs AI, a webhook sends it to your ERP.

Tell us about your systems

What FRIDAY's freight-forwarder website package includes, for forwarders who want their website to work rather than just exist.

PACKAGE 1 · FORWARDER WEBSITE

A forwarder website, as one complete package.

A forwarder website ready to use: service pages, a quote-request form and an embedded Track & Trace widget, under your company's brand. The Track & Trace subscription and annual maintenance are arranged separately.

Your branding, not ours.

  • Built for forwarding

Services, lanes and quote requests — laid out for the forwarding industry.

  • White-label Track & Trace widget

Clients track containers, vessels and CEISA status on your website, under your brand.

  • Quote-request form

Wired to your email or ERP, so a request does not stop in the website's inbox.

  • Multi-language

One website, more than one language.

  • SEO and speed

SEO and Core Web Vitals set up from the start, not patched after launch.

  • CMS, no coding

Your team manages banners, services and content themselves.

  • Analytics dashboard

Visitors and quote requests in one dashboard.

  • Team training

Your team is trained on the website, the CMS and the dashboard.

The scope of FRIDAY's system integration work, for companies running APEX Customs AI and another ERP that do not want to re-type between the two.

PACKAGE 2 · SYSTEM INTEGRATION

APEX Customs AI into your ERP, without rip-and-replace.

FRIDAY connects the APEX platform to the ERP you already run: AJU numbers, document statuses and duties from APEX Customs AI flow through an API. The connector is built per client, in whatever your ERP speaks — API, webhook or file — whether that is SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate or an in-house system. It is quote-based, because every ERP is different.

Your ERP stays. The re-typing goes.

  • System assessment

A review of your ERP and the data flow running today, before anything is built.

  • Field mapping

AJU/PIB fields mapped to your ERP's schema, field by field.

  • Connector

API, webhook or file — whichever your ERP accepts.

  • UAT with your IT team

End-to-end testing until the numbers in both systems match.

  • Documentation and handover

The connector's documentation is handed to your IT team.

  • Post-go-live support

Support once the connector is running in production.

FRIDAY's five working steps, from the first consultation to go-live, for teams who want to know what happens at each stage.

HOW WE WORK

Five steps, honest expectations.

Website, integration or both — every project goes through the same five steps.

  1. Discovery

We review your current website, ERP and data flow.

  2. Blueprint

Field map, connector architecture, timeline and final price.

  3. Build

Website and/or connector built, with weekly progress.

  4. UAT and integration

End-to-end testing with your IT team until the numbers match.

  5. Go-live and support

Scheduled go-live, documentation and ongoing support.

It all starts with one consultation.

45 minutes, free: we review your website and ERP, then hand you the integration blueprint.

How FRIDAY connects to the other APEX Intelligence products, for IT and operations teams running more than one.

APEX Customs AI · FRIDAY · ATLAS

One data flow, from documents to website.

APEX Customs AI reads customs documents and produces the AJU data. FRIDAY's connector carries it into your ERP. Track & Trace in ATLAS feeds the tracking widget on your website — its subscription is separate from the website package.

  1. CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS → AJU DATA
  2. AJU STATUS → YOUR ERP
  3. TRACK & TRACE → WIDGET ON YOUR WEBSITE

Short answers on what FRIDAY builds, the two packages, and how it connects to your ERP.

Questions about websites and integration

What does FRIDAY do?

Software built to your need, with AI built in: forwarder websites, system integrations, internal systems, or a tool that has no name yet. Two of them are already ready-made packages — the forwarder website and the APEX Customs AI-to-ERP integration — and the rest is designed from a consultation.

Does the tracking widget carry my brand?

Yes. The Track & Trace widget on your website is white-label: your clients see your brand, not ours, when they track containers, vessels and CEISA status.

Do I have to replace my ERP?

No. FRIDAY maps the AJU/PIB fields to your ERP's schema and builds the connector over API, webhook or file — whichever your ERP accepts. AJU numbers, document statuses and duties from APEX Customs AI then flow without re-typing, tested with your IT team until the numbers match.

How much does ERP integration cost?

It is quote-based, because every ERP is different. The final price and timeline come out of the Blueprint step, after a free 45-minute consultation: we review your website and ERP, then hand you the integration blueprint.

FRIDAY builds what does not exist yet. The other three are ready-made software: for customs documents, forwarding operations and team chat.
